When we got the call from our friends at Visit Phoenix and the Arizona Office of Tourism for their huge ETCO welcome reception, we knew they were asking these same questions. They had a massive, beautiful space and a guest list full of important people. A boring party just wasn't an option. They needed to create a real buzz, something people would be talking about for weeks.
One Booth in a Corner Wasn't Going to Cut It.
Here’s the thing about parties: you have two kinds of people. You have the adventurers who will happily cross a giant room to try something new, and you have the folks who are more comfortable sticking with their small group. If you only cater to the first group, you've lost half the room.
So, we didn't just give them a photo booth. We gave them a "Power Team."
