We believe that an activation needs to be beautiful; it needs to fit your theme. We want the guests to be immersed in your theme. Therefore, the booth should be part of the experience. So, when we were hired to bring the Oak Photo Booth to El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort, we were very excited. The client wanted a western experience. The scenery was amazing. We were placed in front of an old Jail. Instead of placing our backdrop, we got permission from the planner to use the “Old Jail” as our Backdrop.
Western Experience at El Conquistador Tucson
When the guests approached the booth, they were greeted by our Oak Photo booth. One of things I love about the booth is that both the booth, camera, and the printer are enclosed in Oak. In addition, they had the opportunity to choose from a variety of fun western props, including vests, large dusters, gloves, ropes, and, of course, large money bags. It was fun to see all the guests engaged in the western experience. When they approached the booth, they could see themselves in the live feed. After each photo was taken, we applied a Western Filter to each photo. The book captured three photos and placed them in a customized 4x6 print. Then, we printed out the photos on site, one for each guest. Finally, we love the option to share the photos. So the guests had the opportunity to text their photos via a Microsite. (Customized website for your photo). It was a very successful event; we are looking forward to our next western experience.
